My Role

In this project, I embraced the dual roles of frontend developer and user interface designer. Additionally, I was tasked with the design and creation of email templates for the marketing team. The technologies I employed included HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SASS, and jQuery.

Challenge

The project presented unique challenges, primarily because I was working on an existing website with certain immutable elements due to limitations in modifying the source code. Another significant hurdle was the diversity of products offered. It was crucial that the pages I developed maintained aesthetic appeal and functionality across a wide range of product categories.

Achievement

The redesign of Homeclick marked a major improvement from its previous version. The website, once limited to desktop users, was transformed into a modern, responsive platform accessible on various devices, including mobile and tablets. I also ensured the site worked smoothly across different major web browsers, significantly enhancing usability and customer experience. This upgrade effectively modernized Homeclick's online presence, making it more user-friendly and adaptable to the diverse needs of its customers.
